Role on this Project: As DPR Central Florida’s Higher Education project executive, Michael provides top ownership commitment throughout the project and actively participates during the preconstruction and construction phases. He is the liaison between UCF and DPR, providing leadership and support for the entire team. 

Years in the Industry: Michael has worked in the construction industry for 13 years and has spent most of his career with DPR Construction. He reached his 10-year milestone in 2024.

Education: Michael graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction in 2014.

Role on this Project: As the Senior Project Manager, Ryan brings extensive experience with UCF to provide quality control throughout construction and ensure all UCF processes and procedures are met. He will work closely with the on-site team to ensure the client’s standards are implemented during the project's planning, preconstruction, scheduling, and construction phases.

Years in the Industry: Ryan has worked in the construction industry for 17 years and recently joined DPR Construction in 2022. 

Education: Ryan graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction in 2009 and is LEED Accredited Professional Building Design + Construction certified.

Role on this Project: As the Superintendent, Nick leads all job site activities in the field and is responsible for day-to-day construction management throughout the project, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements are met.

Years in the Industry: Nick has worked in the construction industry for 18 years, with almost half of that tenure at DPR Construction, which lasted nine years. 

Education: Nick graduated from the University of Florida Rinker School School of Construction Management with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2015 and is First Aid/CPR/AED certified.
